Christmas Storytime tomorrow at 11am at Union Ave Books!
Tomorrow morning is our Christmas storytime at Union Ave Books at 11am. We’ll be reading the marvelous old story by Mr. Robert Barry – Mr. Willowby’s Christmas Tree, and the crazy tale by Seibold and Walsh – Olive, the Other Reindeer. Come join the fun!
Thanksgiving Storytime Tomorrow!
Local Knoxvillians, don’t miss a Thanksgiving storytime tomorrow at 11am at Union Ave Books! We’ll be reading Balloons Over Broadway by Melissa Sweet which gives the fun story behind the big balloons in the Macy’s parade. We’ll also hopefully be reading the Devlins Cranberry Thanksgiving which is a marvelous vintage classic about a cranberry bread recipe and an attempted theft! See you there!
Loud Storytime Tomorrow At Union Ave Books!
It’s going to be a loud storytime tomorrow with another double feature. We’ll be starting off discussing all kinds of loud noises with The Loud Book! by Deborah Underwood and Renata Liwska and then we’ll settle in for a long, wild & crazy narrative about what happens on The Day the Cow Sneezed by James Flora. Storytime & The Incredible Book Eating Boy
A new adventure started today with “Mrs. Caryn” leading storytime at Union Ave Books in downtown Knoxville. It was great fun and we had an excellent turnout. Surprisingly, none of the children had read our featured book which was The Incredible Book Eating Boy by Oliver Jeffers.
